How to request deletion

  1. Email a306406@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, or WhatsApp +91 98849 15208 from your registered mobile number.
  2. Include your name and your registered mobile number or email so we can confirm it's you.
  3. We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days. You'll get a confirmation message.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile: name, phone number, email and city.
  • Your property preferences, saved searches and wishlist.
  • Your property viewing history.
  • Your chat messages and enquiries.
  • Your Delta Coins balance and referral records.
  • Any property listings you submitted are removed from public view.
  • Service provider profiles, including the photo and contact number you submitted.

What we retain, and for how long

  • Completed transaction and commission records — retained for 8 years, as Indian tax and accounting law requires. These are kept in a de-identified form wherever possible.
  • Fraud, abuse and moderation records — retained up to 3 years to keep the marketplace safe.
  • Backups — deleted data can persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before it is overwritten.

Nothing retained is used to market to you, and it is never sold.
