Privacy Policy

When you use House of Delta we may collect:

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• Your city and property preferences (budget, type, locality).
• Your saved searches and wishlist.
• Property viewing activity — only for signed-in users, so we can follow up usefully.
• Your location only when you tap “Use My Current Location”. It is used for that one search and is never stored on our servers.

If you sign up as a service provider you additionally submit a photo, a contact number, your service categories and your coverage area. Provider phone numbers are never shown to other users — all first contact happens through moderated in-app chat.

• We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
• We do not share buyer phone numbers with property owners or agents.
• We do not track anonymous visitors.

• Supabase — hosting and database storage.
• Google — sign-in with your Google account.
• An SMS provider — one-time password (OTP) verification when you verify a mobile number.

These providers process data only to deliver the service above.

You can, at any time:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your data.
• Withdraw your consent to further processing.
